1. Introduction

The Con Amor Foundation is a recognized Public Benefit Organization (ANBI) by the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration and was established on July 22, 2004, in Houten. The foundation focuses on offering opportunities, protection, and support to vulnerable children and young people in developing countries.
From 2026 to 2028, the foundation will carry out its activities in Asia (the Philippines), Africa (Sierra Leone), and Europe (the Netherlands, Romania).
This policy plan provides insight into the objectives, working methods, projects, fundraising, management of funds, and the planned expenditures for the next three years.
